The Wish Granted Masterwork Research Quest is the third one to come out in Pokémon Go. It provides an opportunity to catch a Jirachi with a shiny shell.
This is a compensation quest, just like the Masterwork Research story missions All in One and Apex that came before it. But unlike these quests, you only need to buy a ticket for the mission itself rather than the Go Tour event, that will be independent for all players in 2023.
