How To Finish Scrope’s Last Hope And Discover His Notes in Hogwarts Legacy Scrope Note Positions Are As Follows:
During the main quest-line of Hogwarts Legacy, players will get an odd instruction to hunt for notes outside of the school’s courtyard. They seem to have been composed by someone only known as Scrope, who obviously has a talent for concealing the notes. Most crucially, the character never discusses the usage of particular spells to locate them. All of these cryptic notes may be found here to fulfill the Scrope’s Last Hope quest in Hogwarts Legacy.
Where To Find Scrope’s Last Hope Notes:
Choose The South Wing of the Castle on the Hogwarts map and fast-travel to Hogwarts South Exit.
Enter the Clock Tower Courtyard through the neighboring bridge and search for the Mysterious Note in the jaws of the gryphon statue facing east.
Grab the scroll to discover that Scrope is aware of the missing pages, but speaking out loud is dangerous, therefore you’ll need to uncover another hidden note.
Begin the task by going to the courtyard fountain near Hogwarts’ south exit. The first message from Scrope will be displayed in front of the fountain, with the following note located immediately outside the south exit.
This second note, seen below, is to the right of the exit & stands over a large rock. Since you can’t climb it, you must utilize the Accio spell to manipulate the neighbouring wooden box and transfer it close to the rock.
Where To Look For The Following Information:
Inspect the left east rock after crossing the bridge coming out of Hogwarts. The letter will be perched on the edge of one of the rocks, but it is too high to reach. Pull the neighborliness wooden box in front of the rock containing the letter using Accio, then climb the crate and retrieve the message. To uncover the location of the box, use Revelio by pressing DPad Left.
Look For Another Message In The Pumpkin Patch:
- After you’ve collected the second letter, go south to the Shack.
- There are many pumpkins as well as a scarecrow outside the shack.
- Destroy the pumpkin nearest to the shack to the scarecrow’s east.
- Once destroyed, a notice will be left on the ground.
- After you collect the message, it will instruct you to meeting Scrope by the water’s edge, near the damaged docks.
Scrope’s Final Hope Where To Encounter Scrope At The Water’s Edge:
You’ll be given a way-point to encounter Scrope at the water’s edge after picking up the letter from the pumpkin. Follow the mini-map’s course to meet Scroope near the damaged docks.
As you approach the way-point, a cut-scene would begin in which you will meet Scrope, the Black Family’s house elf. When looking for the lost pages in the grotto to advance Scrope’s Last Hope Main Quest, choose to assist Scrope without informing the Headmaster.
Scrope’s Last Hope Main Quest How to Explore the Grotto:
After the cut-scene, take the new way-point to the grotto, where you must explore the missing pages & search for Scrope’s ring. You’ll come across a few of Level 12 and 11 Stone-back Dugbog foes with a lot of health and defense along the road.
Use the Disillusionment Spell to slip past them and into the cave hole if you don’t want to battle them. Put the toast Scrope provided you on the pedestal to initiate a brief sequence in which a hole in the squid-painted wall is created.
To begin another cut-scene, go through the hole & take Apollonia Black’s Journal from the desk.
During the cut-scene, you would meet a headless spirit named Richard Jackdaw. He will inform you that he no longer has the missing pages but knows where you may locate them.
And if you wish to reclaim them, meet him at the Forbidden Forest’s edge, and he’ll show you where they are. After you’ve finished talking with Richard Jackdaw, open the box within the cave to get a treasure map as part of the Ghost of our Love Side Quest. Follow our instructions to discover the treasure box.
Return to Scrope at the water’s edge, near the damaged docks, and inform him of the dreadful news regarding the Black family’s ring to finish Scrope’s Last Hope Main Quest. For further information, please see our Hogwarts Legacy Wiki Hub.
