The all-new game ‘Demon Slayer’ developed by Cyberconnect2 will hit PS5, Xbox One, and PC.
Demon Slayer: Hinokami Kepputan game gives some news in Weekly Jump magazine. Still expected in Japan for 2021, it will be available on PS4, as previously announced, and on PS5, Xbox One, and PC.
The Weekly Jump also announces that Demon Slayer: Hinokami Keppuutan will offer a Story Mode and a Tag Battle mode, which will allow you to play various characters. No more details or new images yet, but more information on this “combat-action” game will be revealed in the Weekly Jump to be released on February 15th.
This adaptation of Demon Slayer, one of the biggest manga successes of recent years, is a reminder entrusted to the care of CyberConnect2, a studio that has distinguished itself on the Naruto Ultimate Ninja series and more recently on Dragon Ball Z Kakarot.
The game will be published by Aniplex, a Sony Music Entertainment affiliate specializing in animation and known for publishing the Fate / Grand Order mobile free-to-play.
Demon Slayer will also be entitled to a multiplayer mobile game, also managed by Aniplex and scheduled for 2021. While waiting to discover all this, remember that the anime currently has 26 episodes (available on Wakanim ), while the manga is completed in 23 volumes (15 available in France).
Signed Koyoharu Gotoge, the work takes place during the Taisho era (1912-1926) and tells how Tanjiro, a young coal merchant, becomes a demon hunter massacre family. Stay tuned for the next update.
