Within The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, Yamiyo Shrine is a location where you learn “Combat Training: Throwing.” On your trip, you will often come across enemies that are just out of reach of your close attacks.

Tears of the Kingdom’s Shrines is a great game with tricky problems that make you think outside the box and often break Link’s bones. But the battle shrines are undoubtedly the easiest to find, so they may get overshadowed by shrines that are harder to find and take more time to find.
Yamiyo Shrine isn’t easy, though. It turns players’ assumptions on their heads and makes them fight against the game’s control scheme and the complicated tactics they’ve learned in Hyrule.
This guide tells you how to find as well as finish Yamiyo Shrine so that you don’t get stuck for more time than you have to.
Some people have trouble with the Yamiyo Shrine within The Legend of Zelda Tears of the Kingdom. Even though the idea is pretty simple, the trial may prove a bit harder than it seems.
Yamiyo Shrine’s Address:
At map locations 0333, 0469, and 0029, players are able to locate Yamiyo Shrine to the east of Hyrule Castle Town Ruins within TotK. On the Hyrule map, the shrine is at an intersection beyond the name Romani Plains.
You can get there quickly by going to the Central Castle Town Ruins heading east. When we were running to this shrine for the first time, we ran into a battle talus, which we quickly killed because we had good gear.
Steps To Finish Yamiyo Shrine:
Link has to gather the fire fruits from the trees in Yamiyo Shrine and throw them towards the Construct enemy in order to finish the shrine.
Tears of the Kingdom has helpful directions that tell players to press the Up Direction Button to choose the Fire Fruit and then press the R Shoulder Button to throw it.
This doesn’t quite work the way it was meant to, though. We had a hard time figuring out how to obtain Link to do what he’d wanted for a long time. In the end, taking away all guns was the only thing that worked.

Wait Till The Construct Enemy Stops Moving:
For the second part of the task, players have to wait till the Construct enemy stops moving before throwing Fire Fruit at it again. If you do what was said above, the shrine’s door will open.
Make sure Link gets the treasure he won from the chest at the conclusion of the level before he leaves. We didn’t think the stress of figuring out how to press the right buttons to finish this shrine was worth any prize, so we’re trying to forget about it.
