When you’re playing online games against other people, the last thing you want is for someone to leave or disconnect. It makes matches that are unfair and not fun for anyone.
If that happens while you are playing Valorant, you can choose to “remake” the game. With this option, if a player quits before the game starts or during the initial gun round, the player’s team can vote to restart the game. Here’s how it works in Valorant to change the game.
When a teammate leaves and the match starts with 4 vs. 5, ValorantT players have the option, like in League of Legends, to end the game and wait in line for a new one.
Valorant has taken over the competitive first-person shooter scene with its interesting Agents and exciting game-play. Even though the game puts a lot of emphasis on working as a team and each player’s skills are important for winning rounds, players often find that their team member disconnects before the 2nd round.
How To Remake In Valorant:
It’s pretty easy to remake the game in Valorant, but there are a few things that need to happen for it to work.
- Before the initial gun round starts and until it’s over, one of your team members has to be disconnected.
- The remake must be called at the start of the second round or before the end of the buy phase of that round.
If these two things happen, your team can ask for a do-over. You have to do the following to ask for a remake.
- Open chat, type /remake, and press the Enter key.
- Your team’s vote will start, which is very similar to the vote to surrender.
- Voting goes on until the second round begins, which is when the buy phase ends.
- For the vote to pass & start a new game, all 4 teammates have to press F5 to say “Yes.”
After A Remake, What Comes Next?
