The area of Goron is like the area of Orni. Still, the high heat and fire make the journey to Goron City very dangerous. So go to the mountain post to purchase safe elixirs, which you need to get to Goron City. As Well As watch out for rock storms that come out of nowhere.
Vah Rudania appears to be a difficult maze. A long protection task is needed just to get there. But at least it will keep you safe from fire when everything else is over.
