All NPCs Capable Of Being Hired In Chapter 4 of Season 2 Of Fortnite:
Season 2 of Fortnite Chapter 4 changes the map by adding new places, moving items & spawn points, and changing where NPCs can be found. Some of these NPCs sell weapons and will fight with you. Some of them will even work for you for a fee.
This guide shows you where to find every NPC you can hire in Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 2, so you can get help when you need it most.
Battle royale games like Fortnite have taken over the gaming world. In the game, players try to be the last one standing by gathering resources, building structures, and fighting each other.
Fortnite has become one of the most popular games in the last few years because it has a unique mix of building and fighting.
Where Each NPC Can Be Found:
where you can find the four NPCs you can hire in Chapter 4 Season 2 of Fortnite. We’ve also given you map references so you can see which ones are near you.
Arctic Patroller:
Polar Patroller is in Chapter 4 Season 2’s snow biome. He is a robot made of ice with a powerful freeze ray that can stop enemies in their tracks. When defending your base, the Polar Patroller is also a great asset because his freezing ray could indeed purchase you some time to construct up your defences.
Having a Polar Patroller is a great way to protect your base. His freeze ray could indeed buy you some time to strengthen your defenses, and his attacks that use ice can be very useful for killing enemies.
Remedy:
North of Mega City is where you can find Remedy. She is on the small, tree-covered piece of land above the city on the map. A small piece of nature among the buildings that look like they came from the future.
She is a pretty typical NPC. She can attack with simple weapons, but she doesn’t do enough damage to kill a target on her own. You’ll have to pay 100 Gold Bars for her, which is about right for what she can do.
Garrison:
Garrison is in Chapter 4, Season 2, in the desert biome. He is a heavily armoured robot who can call on turrets & drones to help him fight. When trying to take over enemy bases, Garrison’s turrets and drones can help keep the enemy at bay.
When trying to take over enemy bases, Garrison is a great thing to have. His turrets & drones can help keep the enemy at bay, & his armored body could indeed take a lot of damage before it goes down.
Longshot:
Longshot is the last NPC you can hire in Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 2. He is on a small island off the west coast of the map, just like Garrison. Look for the bump on the map that sticks out to the left to find him.
Longshot is a very powerful marksman. To hire him, you’ll need 175 Gold Bars. He can easily kill enemies far away, and he has a skill that lets him check the area for enemies every so often. It helps a lot near the end of a game.
How To Recruit A Non Player Character:
In Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 2, it’s easy to hire an NPC. First, use the list above to locate the NPC you would like to recruit. When you know where they are, you can talk to them and choose to hire them.
You’ll have to pay them with Gold Bars, so make sure you get some during the match so you have enough to buy their protection. The NPC would then follow you until other players attack them and kill them. If you don’t beat them, they’ll join you in your Victory Royale.
When Do You Want To Hire NPCs?
We don’t think it’s a good idea to hire an NPC at the beginning of a match. If you are looking for a really good weapon like the Mythic Overclocked Pulse Rifle, they will have a hard time keeping up with you.
You should hire an NPC when you are one of the last 20 players left in the game. Hire the one closest to you from the list above, and then be careful as you move around.
If someone shoots at you, let your NPC do the shooting while you hide behind a rock. You’re paying them to take the damage and fight back against anyone who tries to steal your Victory Royale.
Which NPCs Are Most Helpful:
From what the other NPCs in Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 2 have to offer, Mizuki is by far the most useful. She asks 250 gold bars & Chug Splashes for the Kinetic Blade.
This “wombo-combo” of items can be bought and used effectively to push opponents back into combat or hold territory when under fire.
Even though it seems counterintuitive, boss NPCs that appear at certain POIs can also be helpful. Players can get a Mythic weapon as well as a Vault Keycard by killing them. It goes without saying that this will let them open the vault to obtain a lot of loot early on in the game.
