UsableNet reveals 300 US Retailers Sued already in 2018 For ADA Web Accessibly

That represents 31% of the over 1000 cases and puts retailers at the top of the list of industries targeted.

The research reveals that ADA Web Accessibility related Law suits have topped 1000 already in the first 6 months of 2018 compared to only 814 in the whole of 2017.

Retail, Travel & Hospitality , Food Services , and the Banking & Financial industries represent 70% of the companies with cases filed in federal courts.
