the spin-off is confirmed, what we know

This Friday, Netflix will offer the last two episodes of season 4 of Stranger Things. There will therefore only be a fifth season left to be released and the adventures of Eleven and her band will end on the streaming platform.

A young actor from Stranger Things guessed the story of the spin-off

We will not be finished with this saga, however, and as is now often the case, Stranger Things will be entitled to a project derived from the original. This spin-off was rightly confirmed by series creators Matt and Ross Duffer in a recent interview. He explains thus:

There is a version that develops in parallel [à la saison 5], but it will not be rotated at the same time. I think we’re actually going to start diving into it as soon as we’re done with the visual effects.

And his brother Matt to add: The reason we haven’t done anything so far is just because we don’t want to do it for the wrong reasons, and we were like, ‘Is this something I want to do, whether it’s related to Stranger Things or not? Even taking the title Stranger Things away, I’m very, very excited about this project. It’s going to be different from what everyone expects, including Netflix. »

While the contours of the development of this spin-off remain secret, actor Finn Wolfhard, who plays Mike Wheeler in the series, proposed an idea to the two showrunners. And against all odds, it is precisely this approach that was already in the pipeline. Of course, the young star is kept in absolute silence and it will be necessary to wait another moment before knowing the end of the story.

On the other hand, the wait will be much shorter by tomorrow for these two final episodes of season 4 of Stranger Things on Netflix. If you lose patience, however, you can always reread our article where we come back to these characters who could find death in this highly anticipated conclusion.
