French cinema collections on Netflix

In addition to series, the famous streaming platform is increasingly focusing on cinema. Netflix will thus broadcast more than 70 original films in 2021. In the extensive catalog of the service at Red N, we obviously find a good number of feature films made by American filmmakers. But not only. Netflix is also full of French films to discover or watch again without hesitation.

In doing so, the platform wanted to highlight them to celebrate as it should be July 14, national holiday commemorating the storming of the Bastille in 1789. With this in mind, Netflix has classified more than 200 French films in a dozen collections having each their favorite theme. The opportunity to remember that the heart of the seventh art also beats in France.

Among the films highlighted, we find in particular great classics, from François Truffaut to Claude Lelouch via Godard and Jacques Demy. But also more recent productions by Kim Chapiron, Maïwenn or Abdellatif Kechiche. Note that the collections also include French series and humorous shows. We detail everything they contain below.
