All the gamers will be happy to know that the Mortal Kombat 11 director did reveal that he is soon going to add Mileena as a DLC character alongside Rain and Rambo.
There are so many fans who are currently so excited and eager to hear that Mileena, one of the most popular and iconic characters of the series will be the addition to the game, Mortal Kombat 11.
As you now know that Mileena will be an important part of the franchise, you may surely want to know why it took so long for the game director to add the character to the series.
The thing is there are many Mortal Kombat 11 fans who are currently going through the confusion about why NetherRealm studios left Katana’s sister from the game series’ roster when launching it.
You must know that the confusion only rises more when fans did know earlier that many DLC characters were added except Mileena. So now, the Mileena drought is officially put to an end.
According to the director and creator of Mortal Kombat 11, NetherRealms Studios did decide to ensure a pause on Mileena in order to make sure that the anticipation and appreciation are well built on the players’ minds.
Ed Boon said, “There were Sub-Zero and Scorpion and on the other side was Katana and Mileena, and they were the kind of classic adversaries over the years of Mortal Kombat, and so we’ve represented, continued their story, and we hit pause on Mileena just to create an appreciation.
But we had no idea it would be this intense. For years we were getting pounded – ‘I want to see Mileena again’. We just stretched that out as we knew she was on her way.”
