As you go through the mission, Sebastian will say that he had to employ the killing curse during a conversation. If you say yes, he will show you how to do the spell. Tell him that you consider everybody should know that spell, and when he asks if you want to learn it, say “yes.”
Once you’ve unlocked Avada Kedavra, you could just wave your wand to kill most enemies instantly. Keep in mind that this spell has a very long cool-down, so you won’t be able to use it all the time.
