Battlefield 6: The game will unveil in the spring 2021

Electronic Arts discussed the Battlefield saga’s next installment during the presentation of its latest financial results, which promises to harness next-gen consoles’ powerfully.

Andrew Wilson, CEO of Electronic Arts, reiterated the desire to deliver “massive, immersive battles with more players than ever” on “maps of unprecedented magnitude” with this upcoming Battlefield.

The American publisher is not yet ready to present it, but it will not be long: “The game is ahead of our internal deadlines. We will unveil it in 2021 and offer a memorable Battlefield experience for the end of the holiday season. The year 2021,” Wilson said.

As a reminder, EA usually holds its traditional EA Play conference at the beginning of June.

Released in November 2018, Battlefield V was not the success EA hoped for. The saga is still being developed by the Swedish studio DICE, which has also embarked on creating an unprecedented license with its new team based in Los Angeles and led by Vince Zampella, co-founder of Respawn Entertainment. Stay tuned for the next update.
