Avengers Endgame: Robert Downey Jr. unveils a surprising cut scene from the film

To celebrate the 2 years since the release of the film Avengers: Endgame, actor Robert Downey Jr. unveiled a cut and alternate scene. The latter, which had never been seen before, is only 25 seconds. She reveals another scene of Iron Man facing his daughter Morgan in the Dimension of the Stone of the Soul.

Tony Stark, or rather Robert Downey Jr., has just celebrated the two-year anniversary of the film Avengers: Endgame. On his twitter account, the American actor unveiled a short 25-second video in which we see him with his daughter Morgan in the Soul Stone Dimension. His reaction here is slightly different from the final version. The video can be found below.

Robert Downey Jr. unveils deleted scene from Avengers: Endgame

It has now been two years since the 22nd movie in the Marvel Cinematic Universe and penultimate of phase III, Avengers: Endgame, went out to the cinema. To celebrate these two years, and possibly his absence as Iron Man, actor Robert Downey Jr. shared a short video of a scene cut from the film.

This scene shows Tony Stark in the Soul Stone Dimension. She was supposed to unveil a touching moment between Tony and his daughter Morgan, just before Stark’s untimely death. A little piece that fans will surely appreciate. The film’s co-director, Joe Russo, explained in an interview that the scene was cut because it was perceived as too complicated for the test audience to which the first cuts of the film were shown.

« The intention was that his future daughter would forgive him everything, and leave him in peace before leaving. The idea sounded punchy, but it was just too much, in an already too complicated film. The test audience found it too confusing, and we removed it He explained. The co-writers of the film, Christopher Markus and Stephen McFeely, found this scene absolutely brilliant. But they would also have decided to remove her because she did not fit with the rhythm of the film.
