On the other side of the cave is a Force Essence. You’ll need to use the Relter to ascend to the highest point of the structure outside Rambler’s Reach Outpost then sneak sideways to get in through the back door.
Follow the path and run through the runnable walls as well as Green Shield Doors to locate it outside the route between the two tunnels.
